I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing counseling in Colorado and nutrition coaching in all states. I work with individuals ages 8 - young adults.

My specialty areas are : Life Transitions (Post-Graduation, Divorce, Career), Anxiety/Stress, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Coping Skills, School Success (504 plans), Future Planning, Grief/Loss

My modalities are: Sand Tray Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

My goal as a provider is to foster a place that is safe and non-judgmental as we journey into the deep places of your heart and mind.
